We are looking for an experienced and automation-focused SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing SailPoint ISC solutions for enterprise environments.

The role requires strong SailPoint ISC development capabilities along with scripting, API integration, automation, troubleshooting, and identity lifecycle management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- Implement and customize identity governance, access management, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Develop custom automation and integrations using Java, PowerShell, and Python.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, OAuth, SOAP, and JDBC.
- Configure and manage Identity Profiles, Sources, Account Aggregation, Provisioning Policies, Roles, Access Profiles, and Entitlements.
- Develop event-driven workflows and automated identity lifecycle processes within SailPoint ISC.
- Troubleshoot identity correlation, data mapping, synchronization, provisioning, and access-related issues.
- Work with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to onboard applications into SailPoint ISC.
- Develop reusable scripts and API-based solutions to extend SailPoint ISC capabilities.




- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and production support for SailPoint implementations.
- Follow IAM security standards, governance policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of overall Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant SailPoint ISC development/implementation experience preferred.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Java, PowerShell, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth, SOAP web services, and JDBC integrations.
- Robust understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with application onboarding, access provisioning, aggregation, identity correlation, and entitlement management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly around identity profiles, data mapping, provisioning, and synchronization.
- Good understanding of IAM security controls, RBAC, access certification, and governance processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer / Professional certification.
- Experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint ISC.
- Experience developing custom connectors, workflows, and API-based integrations.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale SailPoint implementations.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore, and the job location is Bangalore only.
