Role & responsibilities :

- Ensuring site processes and procedures are in place to address all relevant requirements
- Proving specialist training to relevant personnel in the EHS discipline focusing on both compliance and continuous improvement.
- Acting as the Plant point of contact for communication with external stakeholders (e.g. Regulators customers, suppliers, industry bodies, Medical providers)
- Contractor Safety Management for existing and new workforce
- Handling safety activities of chemical plan
- Ensuring protected work practices in plant
- Safety related documentation
- Conducting induction training
- Plant safety activities
- Monitoring unsafe acts and corrective actions
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Fire Safety training and communication with stakeholders
- Issuing Work Permits
- Maintenance of PPE Stock and Issuing to Employee




- Identification of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and take necessary actions to mitigate
- Day to day checking of Spill Control Kit, Fire Hydrant, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sand Bucket, Eye wash bottles & Eye wash fountains
- Supervising Pest control activities
- Recording Incidents & Accidents
- Creating safety awareness among the employees
- Conducting Class room and Shop floor Training for employees on safety
- Maintaining & procuring of all critical Safety requirements, spare parts, SCBA refilling & Fire Extinguishers refilling
- Monitoring of effective implementation of ISO 45001 &14001 standards
