Overall responsibility to ensure the Safety and Fire protection systems of the factory Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts in the plant and project area and advise remedial and corrective measures to the concerned Initiate action to procure suitable and quality Personal Protective Appliances, fire Fighting equipments, Accident Reports, Investigate all types of Accidents including Near miss under the Factories Act , prepare Reports and sent to concerned departments for corrective action. Prepare the yearly Accident Analysis Report and sent to all concerned to focus on the trainng needs of the workers by the Department Heads.
Permit
To work Systems for Hot Work and Confined Space and cold work Monitor the work place of explosive levels, sound pressure levels, illumination level etc in the plants as per the request of the concerned department heads.
