- All Accident, Incident, near miss reported & investigated. Find the exact root cause with help of WHY-WHY Analysis Tech.

- Report of any safety related issues, given information to Plant Manager

- Carried out internal Safety Audit in plant premises &

- Prepare audit report for management reference.

- Statutory compliance with MPCB such as Stack Monitoring, Annual Return of Hazardous Waste, Environment Statement, Noise Monitoring, Air Monitoring. (Form 4- Annual Return, Form 5- Environment Statement, Form 10- Manifest Hazardous Waste)

- To conduct Tool box talk (TBT) for outside agency

- All Lifting Tools &

- Tackles, Pressure vessel Inspected by Competent Person, Maintain FORM 11 & 13)

- Developing SOPs for the job.

- Celebrate the National safety week Campaign with organizing various safety related competitions for the Employees.

- Operate ETP &





- Ensure all Parameter should be meet to MPCB consent.

- Keep Record of MSDS of Hazardous Solvent

- Compliance &

- Monitoring reports as per Factory Act 1948

- Implementation in LOTO ( Log out Tag out ) System.

- To Prepare safety documents and plan the safety for related process

- Prepare On site safety plan, Hazardous Study and give training to all person in company.
