We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our team, with a solid background in SAP for Utilities (IS-U) and hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FICA processes, solid experience across the SAP IS-U landscape, and proven success in delivering end-to-end implementation projects in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a techno-functional or functional lead for SAP IS-U FICA projects, with a focus on S/4HANA migration and implementation
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of FICA (Contract Accounting) processes, including invoicing, collections, payments, dunning, and integration with other IS-U and SAP modules
- Participate in and contribute to SAP ECC to S/4HANA Utilities migration projects, leveraging knowledge of system architecture and data structures
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements, define functional specs, and ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Provide expertise on S/4HANA solution architecture, capabilities, and SAPs roadmap for Utilities and FICA
- Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and user training




- Document processes, configurations, and decisions to ensure knowledge transfer and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 9+ years of experience as a techno-functional or functional consultant in SAP IS-U, with deep expertise in FICA
- Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP for Utilities (IS-U) implementation, preferably in a lead role
- Direct involvement in at least one S/4HANA implementation or migration project, especially ECC to S/4HANA Utilities transition
- Solid understanding of SAP IS-U architecture, data model, and integration with modules like CRM, FI-CA, Billing, and Device Management
- Familiarity with S/4HANA architecture, FIORI applications, and SAPs strategic roadmap for Utilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

- SAP certification in IS-U FICA or S/4HANA Utilities
- Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology
- Experience with SAP BRIM, Revenue Accounting, or SAP CRM in a utility environment
- Familiarity with utility industry standards and regulatory requirements
