Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development for DST (RM)
Generate and close home loan sales through direct marketing and referrals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
Prospect potential customers through various channels, including tele-calling, customer visits, and online lead generation.
Sales & Business Development for DSA (RM)
Achieve sales targets for home loans through a network of DSAs.
Identify and onboard current DSAs to expand the sales network.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into home loan sales.
Provide guidance to DSAs on improving their sales pitch and techniques.
