Role Description This full-time remote role as Risk & Fraud Analyst – International Voice Process involves monitoring and evaluating international transactions and member activities to detect potential fraud or misuse. The analyst reviews account activity, validates customer information, and investigates suspicious patterns related to bookings, payments, and chargebacks.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and partners to verify transactions, clarify discrepancies, and gather information for risk assessments. The role requires documenting case findings, preparing reports, escalating high-risk cases, and collaborating with internal teams to refine fraud prevention procedures and controls. The analyst also contributes to process improvements,



maintains up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends, and ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong fraud-related skills, including Fraud Prevention and Fraud Analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for assessing transaction patterns, identifying anomalies, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience with Chargebacks management, dispute handling, and payment verification processes.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for international voice process interactions and written documentation.
- Relevant experience in risk management, fraud operations, or transaction monitoring in travel, hospitality, banking, or e-commerce is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with high integrity.
- Comfort with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic data analysis in spreadsheets or similar applications.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when balanced by relevant experience.
