Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Risk Analytics Analyst to support fraud risk analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics capabilities, hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Experience in the banking, payments, fintech or financial services sector with exposure to fraud risk and/or credit risk is highly desirable.

Hybrid Working Model (India)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Perform data extraction, transformation and analysis using SQL and Python.

Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify trends, patterns and risk drivers.

¢ Develop risk performance reports,



dashboards and management information systems (MIS).

¢ Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep-dive investigations. Risk Analytics

¢ Analyze fraud and/or credit risk portfolios to identify emerging risks and opportunities.

¢ Support rule performance monitoring/recommendations, risk strategy assessments and portfolio reviews.

¢ Generate actionable recommendations to improve risk management outcomes.

¢ Monitor key risk performance indicators and trends.

Dashboarding & Visualization

¢ Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (preferred).

¢ Create executive-ready presentations and reports summarizing analytical findings.

¢ Ensure data visualization outputs are transparent, accurate, and actionable.Stakeholder Management

¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Product, Operations, and Technology.

¢ Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

¢ Communicate complex analytical concepts in a easy and concise manner. Skills

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, risk management, fraud analytics,
- credit risk, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in: SQL Python

- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in developing analytical reports an presentations for stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with Tableau.
