Job Description:

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for managing assigned bank branch/POS and drive targets for broking accounts and
revenue with the help of channel partner.

Key Responsibilities:
To Achieve pre budgeted monthly sales of 65 Demat A/C depending on the locations &
monthly revenue.
To ensure rollout of all the promotional and contest programs effectively.
Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees.
Supporting the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement.
To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan
Responsible for Activating and upscaling the POS/Br.
Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS
To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND

EXPERIENCE
Required Profile:
-Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
-Last 3yrs from same location
-Graduate
-2Yrs+ Experience in Sales, channel, for BFSI Products/services-Preferred broking
