Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

* Manage and develop distributor/dealer networks across Odisha.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

* Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

* Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

* Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.

* Track inventory, sales performance, and market-wise business growth.

* Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

* Conduct regular market visits and provide actionable market feedback.

* Ensure timely collection and control outstanding payments.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide business updates to management.
