At NCS & Co, we are looking for a hands-on Company Secretary (Qualified / Semi-Qualified) with practical exposure in a CS firm.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Company Secretary / PCS firm
- Hands-on experience in filing all ROC forms independently (including annual filings and event-based compliances)
- Working knowledge and practical exposure to XBRL filings
- Experience in drafting Board & General Meeting minutes, resolutions, and notices
- Exposure to ESOP structuring/documentation and CSR policies
- Ability to read, interpret, and provide practical views under the Companies Act, 2013

- Independently handle end-to-end ROC compliance assignments
- Draft, review,



and finalize corporate documents with minimal supervision
- Directly interact with clients and own communication & delivery timelines
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously with accountability
- Review work of juniors, delegate tasks, and ensure quality output

- Strong command over MCA portal and compliance procedures
- Excellent drafting and legal interpretation skills
- Clear and skilled English communication (written & spoken)
- Client handling capability with confidence and clarity
- Ability to take ownership and work with minimal handholding
