We are looking for an India-based eCommerce Manager to help manage, improve, and grow Shopify stores for our clients.

Role Description

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for supporting Shopify websites for Twin Two clients. This role will include day-to-day Shopify management, product updates, merchandising, promotions, reporting, website optimization, basic Shopify customization, and email marketing support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience, understands eCommerce performance, can make basic Shopify theme/customization updates using Liquid, and has experience supporting email marketing campaigns for online stores.

Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify stores for Twin Two clients
- Upload and update products, collections, pricing, images, descriptions, and product details
- Review Shopify websites and look for ways to improve conversion, navigation,



merchandising, and customer experience
- Make basic Shopify theme updates and customizations
- Work with Shopify Liquid, theme files, templates, sections, and blocks when needed
- Update homepage sections, product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, banners, and site content
- Set up and manage promotions, discount codes, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, promotions, abandoned cart campaigns, and customer retention campaigns
- Help create and update email flows, segments, lists, templates, and campaign calendars
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters on email creative, product messaging, and promotional assets
- Monitor email performance, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, unsubscribe rate, and campaign performance
