About The Role




We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong HR skilled to join our team as an

Assistant Manager – HR, with a core focus on HR systems, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and

automation.

This role is not about managing processes at the surface level, it is about deep problem

discovery, building scalable solutions, and continuously improving the employee experience

through technology. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, hands-on, and user-first,

with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and solve them using data, systems, and

emerging technologies like AI.

What Will You Do
- HR Systems Ownership (SuccessFactors & HR Tech Stack)
- Lead the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors modules (implementation, configuration, enhancements, and adoption)
