Job Overview

We are looking for 2 Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our products and services, generating sales opportunities, and following up with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain our products, features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
