Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain detailed MIS reports for the Institutional Business to support business performance evaluation and financial analysis.
- Analyze business performance across key parameters and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Prepare and circulate location-wise and division-wise MIS reports for sales teams and leadership.
- Track and monitor business systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Understand field requirements and support system enhancements, updates, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of business reports and analysis to stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities
- Design and develop required MIS reports in Oracle/ERP systems to support evolving business requirements.
- Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data on a monthly basis.
- Prepare business performance presentations and dashboards for management reviews.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget estimates, targets,



and previous year's sales performance.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Accountabilities
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reporting.
- Quality of business analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Effective support to sales teams through data insights.
- Continuous improvement of MIS systems, reporting formats, and business processes.
- Adherence to reporting timelines and data governance standards.

Functional Skills
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Experience in Oracle reporting systems or ERP-based MIS reporting preferred.
- Ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
