We are hiring an experienced Marketing professional with 7–10 years of experience to lead marketing, branding, lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing agencies, campaigns, website, SEO, social media, events, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage overall brand positioning and ensure consistency across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, media, and marketing agencies.
- Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
2. Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
- Coordinate Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Explore new lead-generation channels, partnerships, and collaborations.
3. Marketing Collaterals
- Take ownership of all marketing collaterals and ensure they are always updated and readily available.
- Coordinate brochures, company profiles, presentations, project profiles, flyers, standees, videos, social
media creatives, and other brand materials.
- Ensure all collaterals follow approved brand guidelines and are shared with Sales/BD teams on time.
4. Website & SEO
- Manage and coordinate the company's website with external agencies.
- Ensure website content, project pages, images, portfolios, and information are updated.
- Coordinate website improvements, landing pages, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage and monitor SEO activities, keyword strategy, rankings, organic traffic, and SEO-generated leads.
5. Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and manage CREDAI, expos, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Coordinate event branding, stalls, collaterals, giveaways, presentations, videos, and vendors.
- Manage pre-event, event-day, and post-event marketing activities.
- Track leads and ROI generate
