Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, digitally-savvy Business Development Manager to market our plant infrastructure and bring in high-volume job work orders.

In this dual-impact role, you will lead both digital sales generation (leveraging Instagram, Reels, YouTube shorts,



LinkedIn, and WhatsApp marketing to showcase our live machine capabilities) and active field outreach across Jalandhar and neighboring industrial hubs (Ludhiana, Kapurthala, Phagwara, Amritsar). Your primary goal is to monetize machine uptime across CNC, artwork, door manufacturing, thermoforming, and paint shop units.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Lead Generation & Visual Sales (Instagram/Social Media):
- Concept, film, and post engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, visual showcases) displaying live CNC operations, intricate CNC decorative artwork, plastic thermoforming runs, custom door manufacturing, and high-gloss paint finishes.
- Turn direct messages (DMs), comments, and inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn into paying job work orders.
- Run targeted geo-fenced social media ad campaigns directed at architects, interior designers, signages/display vendors, local
