Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and monitor social media pages and ensure consistent content execution.
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns based on client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for social media posts, reels, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize advertisements for better ROI.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with clients/sales teams when required.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Support the team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.

Required Skills




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, or similar tools is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing will be appreciated more chances to hire.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
