We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, counseling them on suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. Candidates with experience in EdTech, education, inside sales, academic counseling, or B2C sales will be preferred.



Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand career goals and recommend relevant AcceleratorX programs.
- Counsel learners, explain program perks, and handle queries/objections.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions from enquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve enrollment, revenue, collection, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate learner onboarding.

Requirements
- 0–3 years in
BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or B2C Sales
.
- EdTech/education sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic CRM, Google Workspace, and MS Office knowledge.
