Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Placement Coordinator to manage and coordinate placement activities for students and candidates. The role involves coordinating with colleges, students, trainers, and companies to facilitate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate placement activities with colleges, universities, students, and recruiting companies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR teams, recruiters, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and coordinate suitable job and placement opportunities for students and candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, aptitude tests, technical rounds, and other selection processes.
- Communicate interview schedules, job details, eligibility criteria, and selection processes to candidates.




- Maintain and regularly update student and candidate placement databases.
- Collect and verify candidate resumes, documents, and other required information.
- Coordinate between candidates and recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results, selections, joining dates, and placement status.
- Maintain records of placed candidates, interview participation, offers, and joining status.
- Support colleges and institutions in conducting campus recruitment and placement drives.
- Prepare placement reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Training, HR, Operations, and Management.
- Assist in organizing career guidance sessions, placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Address candidate queries and provide timely updates regarding placement activities.
