Job Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, you will:
Manage and process new insurance applications using existing software systems.
Collaborate with sales agents to collect, process, and organize client information.
Create and submit insurance carrier applications via digital tools.
Work closely with underwriters to ensure seamless application processing.
Maintain and organize digital documents and ensure data accuracy.
Learn and navigate commercial insurance systems and procedures.
Optimize workflows and troubleshoot software-related issues in application processing.
Support system integrations and ensure compliance with established protocols.
Job Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience with productivity tools like Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
Solid understanding of system workflows and digital document management.
Familiarity with insurance-related tools (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively within a team.
