Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for compiling, maintaining and analysing data from across departments – sales, production, dispatch and inventory – and turning it into accurate, timely reports and dashboards that support day-to-day operations and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports (sales, production, dispatch, inventory, outstanding, etc.).
- Consolidate data from multiple departments and sources into accurate, timely and well-structured reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and automated report templates in Google Sheets.
- Use pivot tables, advanced formulas and charts to analyse data and present clear insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation and integrity across all reports.
- Extract and reconcile data from the company’s ERP / business systems.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in data and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and decision-support reports as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data / reporting role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (mandatory).
- Strong command of Pivot Tables and advanced functions such as VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting and charts.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude; a background in Mathematics or Statistics will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail with a solid focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle large data sets and consistently meet reporting deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One will boost your chances for this role.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
