1. AMS / Production Support
- Monitor and Complete Invoice Life Cycle
1. Invoice Capture / Inbound.
2. Registration
3. OCR/ Data Extraction
4. Validation
5. Exception handling
6. Approval
- Analyze and resolve VIM incidents, service request and problem ticket.
- Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
- Handel critical and high priority production issue.
1. VIM Functional Support
- String understanding of DP, Invoice Processing, Non PO, Credit Memo, Down payment .
1. workflow and Approval support
- Configure and trouble shoot VIM Approval workflow.
- Maintain Approval matrix/ Approver determination.
- Analyse workflow failure and stuck documents.
- Support workflow change request.
