We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and follow-up skills, good communication in English and Hindi, and practical knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. Previous experience in sales support, order coordination, customer follow-up, or a similar role will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, and other requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Update and maintain customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track sales orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor pending inquiries, quotations, and customer requests.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communication.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving timely follow-ups and closure of opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle customer communication professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Perform other sales-support and coordination activities as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
