Role Description
The Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This role includes managing the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, supervising product display and inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with company policies. The manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations, train and coach staff,



monitor customer experience, and implement sales promotions to increase footfall and revenue. Additional responsibilities include basic reporting on sales performance, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate cash and billing procedures.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store performance and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve issues professionally.
