SALES MANAGER :

We are Hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Automobile Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Monitor sales team performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ Years of Experience as a Sales Manager in the Automobile Industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
