Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer
- Supervise solar PV installation and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Check installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and other equipment.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase and Engineering teams.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of the solar system.
- Maintain site records, measurements, photographs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and other departments during project execution.
- Monitor manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities after installation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
