We are looking for a commercially robust International Trade Sourcing & Business Development Manager who can independently take an international trade requirement from initial enquiry to commercial closure.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys researching new products, finding suppliers and buyers globally, negotiating commercially and using AI and digital tools to work faster and smarter.





Key Responsibilities

1. Manage International Trade Requirements

Receive and analyse import/export requirements and convert them into a structured commercial opportunity.

Understand:

* Product and technical specification

* Quantity and frequency

* Origin

* Destination

* Delivery port

* Incoterms

* Payment terms

* Certifications

* Target price

* Delivery schedule

2. Global Supplier Sourcing

Identify and qualify:

* Manufacturers

* Producers

* Exporters

* Distributors

* Trading companies

across India and international markets.

Verify supplier credibility, manufacturing capability, export history, certifications and commercial terms.

3. Global Buyer Development

Identify genuine buyers, importers, distributors and industrial consumers in target markets.

Develop relationships with decision-makers and generate repeat business.
