General Manager – Hotel

Pepper Coast Luxury Business Hotel is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel operations and oversee the overall performance of the property.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our existing hotel and will also play a key leadership role in the development and pre-opening of our upcoming hotel property.

= Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations.

* Lead and motivate the hotel management and operational teams.

* Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.

* Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, and business growth.

* Manage recruitment, training, and staff performance.

* Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments.

* Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hospitality best practices.





* Take a leadership role in the planning and launch of our upcoming hotel.

= Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or senior hospitality qualified.

* Strong experience in hotel operations and team management.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Strong understanding of revenue generation and hotel business performance.

* Customer-focused with a high standard of professionalism.
