Sales Representative – SEBI Registered Research Analyst Firm

We're a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. If you're comfortable talking to people on the phone and know how to turn a conversation into a sale, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
- Calling leads provided by the company and converting them into paying clients
- Following up with prospects who haven't converted yet
- Explaining our services clearly and answering basic questions candidates may have
- Keeping track of calls made, leads followed up, and conversions

What we're looking for:
- Decent command of English – you should be able to hold a clear, confident conversation
- Some prior experience in sales or customer service (even a short stint is fine)
- A working laptop of your own
- Willingness to learn – we'll train you on our products and pitch, but you need to be someone who picks things up quickly
- Basic comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp for daily reporting

Positive to have (not mandatory):




- Any knowledge of or interest in the stock market – since we're a SEBI-registered RA, this will help you connect with clients faster
- Experience with cold calling or telecalling roles
- A general sense of how to handle objections and rejections without losing motivation

What kind of person does well here:
This role needs someone who's not easily discouraged by "no" on a call, communicates clearly, and is genuinely interested in getting better at sales over time. If you're someone who gets curious about how markets work, that curiosity will help you a lot here.

Salary & Probation:
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed)
- Probation period: 3 months. Based on performance during this period, the role will be confirmed, and you'll become eligible for incentives as per company policy.
