Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth academic and career counseling sessions to help students identify suitable universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities aligned with their profile.
- Guide applicants through end-to-end application processes including SOP/LOR drafting, transcript evaluation, and document preparation.
- Deliver workshops and webinars on study abroad trends, standardized test strategies (GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL), and visa procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission criteria, visa regulations, and funding opportunities across 10+ key study destinations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design student-centric campaigns and conversion funnels for high-intent leads.
- Track student outcomes and feedback to continuously improve counseling methodologies and service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in student counseling or international education advisory
- Strong knowledge of overseas university admission processes
- Proficiency in SOP/LOR coaching and resume personalization
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) for lead management
- Familiarity with standardized tests (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT) and visa requirements
Preferred
- Experience working with Tier-1 universities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Germany
