About the Role
VentureBridge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is confident, proactive, and interested in building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, communicating with prospects, understanding their requirements, and supporting the company in converting leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, online research, social media, and other channels.
* Contact potential clients and introduce the company's services.
* Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of conversations and follow-ups.
* Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the concerned team.
* Maintain and update the company's lead and client database.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic business presentations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
* Conduct basic market and competitor research.
* Meet assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
* Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
* Stay updated about the company's services and industry trends.
* Perform other business development and client coordination activities assigned by management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
