Key Responsibilities
- Manage Telecom Expense Management (TEM) activities, including invoice validation and billing reconciliation.
- Review and audit telecom invoices to ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance.
- Maintain telecom inventory and asset records, ensuring alignment between billed services and inventory repositories.
- Coordinate with telecom carriers and vendors to resolve billing disputes and service-related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support telecom cost optimization initiatives.
- Analyze telecom spend data and prepare reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Manage mobility expense programs and telecom asset lifecycle activities.
- Support WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN billing analysis and reconciliation.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to generate insights and improve financial governance.
