Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM Procurement to lead the procurement and supplier management activities for tractor spare parts / after-sales business. The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, capacity planning and ensuring uninterrupted availability of spare parts with the required Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement of tractor and automotive spare parts, with focus on after-sales / aftermarket requirements.
- Develop and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, delivery and capacity requirements.
- Identify new suppliers and alternate sources to strengthen supply continuity and de-risk the supply chain.
- Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost reduction and VAVE initiatives.
- Analyse supplier quotations, should costing, cost break-up and raw material price trends to achieve competitive sourcing.
- Monitor supplier performance, capacity and delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation / business continuity plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality,



Manufacturing, SQA and other stakeholders to resolve supplier quality and supply issues.
- Support recent product development, engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and timely development of samples and pilot lots.
- Drive localization and global sourcing / import substitution opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier financial capability and business risks through financial analysis / SWOT assessment.
- Support production and after-sales requirements by ensuring adequate supplier capacity and uninterrupted spare-parts availability.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and drive continuous supplier improvement.
- Prepare and review MIS, procurement dashboards, cost-saving reports and supplier performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Materials.
- Strong experience in Automotive / Tractor / Farm Equipment spare parts procurement
