Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized HVAC Project Coordinator to support and coordinate HVAC projects from planning and procurement through execution, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover.

The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, engineering team, site team, clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments. The role requires solid coordination and follow-up to ensure that project activities, materials, approvals, documentation, and site work are completed on time and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities with the Project Manager, engineers, site team, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, activity trackers, progress reports, and action trackers.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings, technical submittals, material submittals, approvals, and related project documentation.
- Follow up with the engineering and design teams for drawings, revisions, technical clarifications, and approvals.




- Review project drawings, BOQ, specifications, approved makes, and material requirements before procurement and execution.
- Coordinate procurement of HVAC equipment, materials, accessories, and consumables as per approved specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement status, delivery schedules, and material availability at site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, technical details, approvals, inspections, deliveries, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding installation activities, work priorities, material requirements, testing, commissioning, and project completion.
- Follow up on pending approvals, drawings, technical clarifications, materials, site issues, and client comments until closure.
