ADEA Diabetes Centre & Eye Care is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead centre operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day centre operations

⁠ ⁠Coordinate doctors, staff and patient services

⁠ ⁠Ensure excellent patient experience

⁠ ⁠Lead and motivate the centre team

⁠ ⁠Develop referral networks and community outreach

⁠ ⁠Drive business development and patient acquisition

⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly business development & revenue targets

⁠ ⁠Build relationships with doctors, corporates and local organisations

⁠ ⁠Plan and execute promotional and outreach activities

Ideal Candidate:





Graduate with robust communication and leadership skills

Healthcare/hospital/clinic management experience preferred

Experience in *business development, sales or healthcare marketing*

Target-oriented with strong networking skills

Good team management and organisational abilities

Salary:Negotiable, based on experience and performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
