Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive to join our team in Meerut. Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, queries, and requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Resolve basic customer issues and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Maintain customer records and update information regularly.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.




- Prepare basic reports and maintain daily activity records.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Computer.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-handling experience will be an added advantage.
