Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Keeper to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory handling, stock records, and material dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have positive verbal and written communication skills in English, along with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Properly store and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in the system.
- Issue materials to internal departments as per approved requirements.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, dispatch, and stock-related documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and support inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling,



identification, and safe handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and other internal teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with loading/unloading and dispatch activities when required.
- Prepare basic warehouse reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years in warehouse, stores, inventory, or material handling.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Willingness to learn warehouse processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
