Manage Oracle Fusion HCM data cleanup, corrections and bulk uploads using HDL/HSDL. Handle employee, assignment and position updates, AOR data, validation, reconciliation and upload errors. Support UAT, testing and business coordination.
Required Candidate profile
4+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience with solid hands-on HDL, HSDL, bulk uploads and Core HR data mngnt. Experience in position management, employee corrections, AOR and Excel-based data validation
