Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital leads, and market activities.
- Acquire new clients and onboard them for Demat and Trading accounts.
- Explain the company's trading platforms, brokerage plans, investment products, and services to prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients and ensure proper account activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and other investment solutions, wherever applicable.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable products and services in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with the operations, KYC, dealing, and support teams for smooth account opening and client servicing.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and ensure a positive client experience.
- Track leads, client interactions,



conversions, and sales activities through CRM/MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/BBA/B.Com in Finance or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Robust knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Demat & Trading Accounts, and basic capital-market products.

Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales/revenue targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong cold-calling, lead-conversion, follow-up, and client-acquisition abilities.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Good understanding of customer needs with the ability to recommend appropriate financial products/services.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms.
