JD:-
- Manage 70% Learning & Development and 30% Employee Engagement & HR Operations activities.
- Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and leadership training programs up to Senior Manager level.
- Develop training content, presentations, learning materials, and training videos.
- Identify training needs and execute training programs across locations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Robust experience in delivering soft skills and leadership training programs.
- Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms such as Darwinbox will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Agile, confident, positive, and result-oriented personality.
- Open to both male and female candidates.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
