About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized HR Executive to own recruitment and support learning & development across the organization. You will work closely with department heads to find the right people and help them grow spanning both Talent Acquisition and L&D;, with room to take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Discuss compensation expectations and support salary negotiations with selected candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Partner with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower needs.

Learning & Development
- Support identification of employee training and development needs.




- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Help plan and organize internal and external training programs, including trainers, schedules, participants, and materials.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, and records — including documentation aligned with our ISO 13485 / quality-system requirements.
- Support employee skill-development and performance-improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For — Required
- Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable discussing compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
