About the Role

Recruza Alliance is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join a growing fintech team in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, explaining loan products, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, tele-calling, digital channels, and other sources.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms clearly.
- Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert applications into successful disbursals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, credit assessment, approval,



and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on loan products, fintech processes, and market trends.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience of minimum 2 to 3 years in loan sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and digital financial services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
