WE ARE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

We are not looking for someone who only sends emails. We need someone who can open doors, start conversations and bring business.

Stemford India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2013, is looking for a confident, aggressive and ownership-driven BDE for new client acquisition across Recruitment, Talent Solutions and Payroll Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new clients through LinkedIn, CRM database, candidate resumes, references and direct research.
- Identify and connect with HR Managers, TA Heads, HR Heads, CHROs, Founders and Hiring Managers.
- Cold call prospects, introduce Stemford India and generate recruitment requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into active clients.
- Share company profile, proposals and commercials with prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings, agreements and client onboarding.
- Reconnect with old/inactive clients and convert them into fresh business opportunities.
- Maintain all BD activities and follow-ups in CRM.

- Negotiation and convincing ability
- Hunger for targets, client acquisition and revenue generation

EXPERIENCE & SALARY

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000+
- Around 1 Year: ₹20,000+
- 2–3 Years: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000+
- 3–5 Years: Negotiable based on experience, skills and proven BD capability

Freshers with excellent communication, confidence and strong learning ability are welcome.
