Store Manager – Kasam Fashion **Location:** AP & Telangana **Experience:** 5–8 years in Fashion Retail / Apparel Retail **Qualification:** Any Degree / MBA preferred **Reporting to:** Cluster Manager / Area Manager **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage complete day-to-day operations of the fashion store. * Achieve monthly **sales, conversion, ATV and other business targets**. * Lead, motivate and manage store staff across Men’s, Women’s, Kids & other departments. * Ensure excellent **customer service and customer experience**. * Monitor manpower, attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity. * Ensure proper **VM/display, stock availability and replenishment**. * Control shrinkage, damages and inventory discrepancies. * Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with warehouse/HO teams. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. * Ensure store cleanliness, safety and compliance with company SOPs. * Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.



* Train employees on product knowledge, selling skills and customer handling. * Support recruitment and onboarding of store manpower. * Coordinate with Cluster/Area Manager for business and people-related requirements. **Key Skills:** * Strong team leadership and people-management skills * Sales and target orientation * Positive communication and customer-handling skills * Retail operations knowledge * Inventory & stock management * Basic MS Excel/reporting skills * Ability to work in a target-driven environment **KPIs:** * Sales achievement % * Conversion % * Average Transaction Value (ATV) * UPT * Customer satisfaction * Inventory accuracy * Shrinkage % * Manpower productivity * Attrition & absenteeism * VM and store audit score

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
