DESIGN ENGINEER (CATIA/UG):

Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production of intricate engineering plastic components and systems / assemblies. You will create recent designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs are meeting all necessary design and functional responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Use UG / Creo 3-d Software to develop, modify, update and maintain CAD designs.
- CAD drafting using UG or Creo is a must
- Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Ensure that the designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer responsibilities
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
- 5+ years of 2D and 3D design experience using Creo
- Knowledge of core, cavity, sliders and lifters along with tool drafting
- Experience of working in the automotive industry (OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2)
- Knowledge of other CAD software's like CATIA and Solidworks .
- Good organizational and communication skills
