Qualifications:

• Must hold an IATA-certified diploma/degree or a relevant skilled diploma (minimum duration of 23 years).

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency or Airline Ticketing Office.

• Proven travel training experience, preferably in a professional or academic setting.

• In-depth working knowledge of GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc.

• Strong familiarity with airport ground handling procedures, travel terminology, and travel geography.

• Understanding of foreign currency exchange procedures, cargo handling, and global travel regulations.

• Awareness of organizations associated with the travel industry (e.g., IATA, ICAO, UFTAA). Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions for students aspiring to join the travel and tourism industry.

• Train students on GDS software, ticketing processes,



and industry best practices.

• Explain real-world concepts related to airport operations, travel logistics, and destination management.

• Support curriculum development and ensure content is updated in line with current industry standards.

• Mentor and guide students in their professional development and job-readiness.

• Collaborate with faculty and management to maintain high-quality training delivery.
