Location: Oragadam
Key Responsibilities
- Production Execution: Run shift operations to match takt times, output quotas, and delivery schedules.
- Process Control: Oversee fiberglass/carbon-fiber layup, core integration, and vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM).
- Quality Assurance: Check parts for defects, track root causes for rejections, and lower scrap rates.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict PPE rules, hazardous material protocols, and shop-floor safety audits.
- Resource Management: Deploy operators across stations, track machine efficiency, and manage raw material flow
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
