*Job Summary*

*We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to manage and coordinate marketing activities from the Teynampet Head Office while supporting and monitoring marketing operations across all 8 branches. The role involves team coordination, customer calls, site visits, lead generation and business development.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*- Manage and monitor marketing activities across all 8 branches from the Teynampet Head Office.*

*- Coordinate with Branch Marketing Executives and Sales Teams on daily activities and targets.*

*- Generate new leads through telephone calls, customer follow-ups, references and field visits.*

*- Visit customer sites when required to understand requirements and support the team.*

*- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, AMC, service requirements, spare parts and new DG set opportunities.*





*- Support branch teams in converting leads into confirmed orders.*

*- Monitor daily customer calls, visits, enquiries and follow-up activities.*

*- Allocate leads and opportunities to the appropriate branch/team.*

*- Maintain and review marketing MIS, lead status and conversion reports.*

*- Conduct regular review meetings with branch marketing teams.*

*- Identify new customers, market opportunities and potential business areas.*

*- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.*

*- Coordinate with Service, Spare Parts and Backend teams to ensure smooth customer support.*

*- Guide, motivate and improve the productivity of marketing team members.*

*- Report marketing performance, business opportunities and challenges to management.*
