Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Facility manager
to lead the end-to-end management of our corporate office facilities. The Facility Manager will be responsible for creating a secure, efficient, and pleasant working environment for employees and visitors by ensuring the effective maintenance, operation, and compliance of all infrastructure and support services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of building systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the office premises and infrastructure.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships (e.g., housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses,



and utilities.
- Coordinate office moves, furniture arrangements, and space planning.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Manage access control, fire safety systems, and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Supervise facility staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel.
- Handle facility-related issues and resolve them promptly to minimize disruption.
- Liaise with internal departments for support on office needs and service requests.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in managing commercial or corporate facilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with local regulations, safety codes, and compliance requirements
